Product Description

MOLLE Medical Pouch: Keep Your Personal Medical Kit On Your Gear — Not In Your Bag

A 114 g, pocket-sized MOLLE attachment pouch for personal medication, compact bleeding-control items and everyday carry. Mount it on a vest, pack or belt — or run it as a standalone shoulder pouch.

The problem with big med bags is that you leave them behind.

You strip your load down for a short patrol, a range day, a day hike, or a shift on site. The full kit stays in the truck. And the moment you need one thing — your medication, a pair of gloves, a pressure dressing — it's 400 meters away in a bag you deliberately didn't bring.

A MOLLE medical pouch solves that differently. It isn't another bag you have to carry. It's a module that rides on the gear you're already wearing — your plate carrier, your pack strap, your belt — so your personal medical items stay exactly where your hands already are.

114 grams. Eighteen by nine centimeters. You'll forget it's there. That's the point.

Why This Pouch Works Where a Bigger Bag Doesn't

MOLLE Three-Point Attachment — Mount It, Don't Carry It

Three MOLLE attachment straps on the back panel take the pouch straight onto a plate carrier, chest rig, battle belt or backpack — standard PALS spacing, no adapters, no rattle. Because it's a module rather than a bag, it adds no harness, no second shoulder strap and no extra bulk to your loadout. Unclip it from the vest and it still works.

Two Carry Modes From One Pouch

MOLLE mount for duty, range and field use. The same back straps double as pass-through loops for a shoulder strap, so the pouch can be worn crossbody for travel, commuting and urban carry. One SKU serves both a tactical and a lifestyle buyer — useful when you're stocking a single item across two categories.

Shoulder strap available as an optional accessory.

114 g Worn Weight You Won't Notice

Less than a smartphone. The pouch sits flat against the body at pocket size, so it doesn't catch on doorways, snag on undergrowth, or bounce when you run. For anyone who counts every gram in a loadout, this is the pouch that costs nothing to add.

Front Quick-Access Pocket + Zipped Main Compartment

A front hook-and-loop pocket takes a large smartphone up to 6.7 inches for one-handed navigation or a comms check — no unzipping, no digging. The zipped main compartment carries a small, organized load: medication, ID, keys, a multi-tool, a compact dressing.

Abrasion-Resistant Oxford Fabric

Woven Oxford shell and lining, built for daily abrasion against webbing, zippers and hard gear. Available in khaki, military green and black — plain solid colorways that match existing tactical and outdoor kit instead of clashing with it.

OEM, Private Label and Patch-Ready

Your logo by silkscreen print, embroidery, woven label or rubberized badge. The front hook-and-loop panel accepts a morale, unit or medical-cross patch as standard. Custom colorways, packaging and carton marking available on volume orders.

Where It Earns Its Place

Compliance and Standards

This is a bag, not a medical device. The rules that apply to it are product-safety rules, and we'd rather set them out clearly than leave you to find out at customs.

European Union — GPSR (EU) 2023/988

In force since 13 December 2024, with no transition period. It replaces the old General Product Safety Directive.

*Products sold to EU consumers must have an economic operator established in the EU (a responsible person).

*That operator's name, postal address and electronic address must appear on the product, its packaging, the parcel, or an accompanying document.

*Distance selling counts — the information must also be shown in online listings.

*The manufacturer must carry out a risk assessment, keep technical documentation, and maintain batch traceability.

What we provide: the technical file — material declarations, test reports and batch traceability records — plus cooperation with the EU representative you appoint. We do not act as your responsible person and we won't promise to.

No CE Mark — On Purpose

Pouches and bags fall outside every CE directive. We do not apply a CE mark to this product, and we would advise you not to either. An unjustified CE mark is a false declaration, not a selling point.

Empty Pouch vs. Loaded Kit — Two Different Legal Identities

This is the single most common trap for importers of pre-filled first aid kits: the pouch doesn't change, but everything that has to be documented does. We'll tell you exactly which side of that line your order sits on.

Built by Kebon

Fifteen years building medical and tactical carry, from Yiwu, China.

We manufacture first aid kits, tactical pouches and medical carry systems for more than 30 countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Oceania. Our 5,000 m² facility runs ISO 9001 quality management and an in-house clean room. We hold CE and FDA establishment registration for our medical-device first aid line — so when we build a pouch, we build it to the same documentation standard as the kit that goes inside it.

OEM / ODM / private label — silkscreen, heat transfer, embroidery, woven label and rubberized badge. Samples in 5–7 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this an IFAK pouch?

No — and we'd rather be precise about it. At 18 × 9 × 4 cm this is a personal medical and EDC pouch, sized for medication, an auto-injector, gloves and small dressings. It is the add-on pouch that keeps those items on your body rather than in your pack. A full IFAK needs a larger carrier — and we build those too.

Will it fit my phone?

The front pocket takes smartphones up to 6.7 in (17 cm), which covers most modern large-screen handsets. If you use a thick case, check the device width against the 9 cm pouch width.

What can I mount it on?

Anything with PALS/MOLLE webbing at standard 1-inch spacing: plate carriers, chest rigs, battle belts, backpacks and range bags. Three back straps give a stable three-point fit.

Can I wear it without a MOLLE platform?

Yes. The back straps double as pass-through loops for a shoulder strap, so it works as a standalone crossbody pouch. A shoulder strap is available as an optional accessory; this SKU ships as the pouch body.

Is it waterproof?

The Oxford fabric resists splashes and light rain. It is not a dry bag and will not protect contents under full submersion.

Does it come with medical supplies?

No. This is the empty pouch. You load it to your own protocol — which also keeps you in control of what is regulated, and where.

Can I put my logo on it?

Yes — silkscreen print, embroidery, woven label or rubberized badge. The front hook-and-loop panel also accepts a custom patch as standard.

Does it need CE marking?

No. Bags and pouches sit outside every CE directive. We don't apply a CE mark to this product, and we'd advise against applying one yourself.
