This is a manufacturing page for brand owners and distributors. It describes what the device is, how it is built, and what documentation we can supply. It does not make clinical claims, and it does not state that this device is authorized for sale in any market, because that authorization belongs to the brand owner who registers it.

If you are looking for a consumer-facing page with health claims, this is the wrong page. If you are looking for a factory that can build a suction anti choking device to your specification and hand you the technical file, keep reading.

What the Device Is

A handheld, mechanically operated suction device designed as a second-line option for airway obstruction emergencies. The user places a mask over the nose and mouth to create a seal, then operates the handle to generate negative pressure.

The unit uses an aluminum alloy frame for the load path and an ABS body for the housing. It is fully mechanical: no battery, no charging, no electronics, and no standby state to fail after long storage. The complete unit weighs 375 g.

How It Works

Step 1. Seal. Select the mask size that fits the casualty's face and place it over the nose and mouth, holding it firmly to maintain a seal.

Step 2. Compress. Push the handle down to vent air from the chamber.

Step 3. Pull. Pull the handle upward in a short, controlled motion without breaking the seal, generating negative pressure through the mask.

This mechanism is the reason the device exists in a second-line role: it does not require the rescuer to place fingers in the mouth, and it can be operated by a lay person who has been trained on the device.

Product Features

Manual Operation, No Power Dependency

No batteries and no charging. The device either works when it is taken out of the package or it does not work at all, which is a simpler failure mode than an electronic unit that has sat unused for three years.

Aluminum Frame and ABS Body

A metal load path takes the pulling force; the ABS housing keeps the weight down. The result is a 375 g unit that one hand can hold while the other operates the handle.

Adult and Child Mask Options

Mask sizes are configured per order so a single device platform can serve a family kit or a care facility program. Final mask list is confirmed in the order specification.

English and Chinese Versions

Instruction language and packaging text are produced per version. Additional languages can be quoted for volume programs.

OEM to Your Drawing

Logo, color, packaging, manual language, and mask combinations are produced to the brand owner's specification. We build the device; the brand owner defines the market positioning.

Documentation Support for Your Submission

We provide material declarations, BOM, process documentation, and batch traceability records to support the brand owner's regulatory submission. We do not replace the brand owner's registration responsibility.

Where Our Buyers Position It

Read this before ordering.

Medical device status. In most markets, including the United States and the European Union, a suction anti choking device is regulated as a medical device and requires marketing authorization before it can be legally sold. This page does not claim that the device is authorized, cleared, registered, or approved in any market.

United States. Suction anti choking devices fall under product code QXN, 21 CFR 874.5400, Class II with special controls, and require FDA marketing authorization. The FDA has issued an import alert covering unauthorized suction anti choking devices and has stated that it has not authorized any anti choking devices for this use. Brand owners must verify the current status of their product and the applicable import alert before shipping to the United States.

European Union. The device falls under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR). Classification and conformity assessment may require a notified body. CE marking, clinical evaluation, and the technical file are the responsibility of the brand owner.

Intended use boundary. The device is intended as a second-line option, only after standard choking rescue protocols, including back blows, abdominal thrusts, and CPR, have been attempted without success, and while emergency medical services are being called. It is not a substitute for training, for standard protocols, or for professional medical care.

Age boundary. Do not position the device for infants under one year of age unless the brand owner's authorization specifically covers that population.

Intellectual property. We do not represent that the device is free of third-party patent rights. Brand owners are responsible for their own freedom-to-operate review before commercial launch.

Documentation we provide. Material declarations, BOM, process flow, inspection records, and batch traceability. Additional testing can be arranged at the brand owner's request.

OEM Supply Process

1.Specification review. You share the target configuration: mask sizes, language version, packaging, logo, and any labeling requirements.

2.Sample. We build a sample to that specification, typically within 5–7 days.

3.Approval. You approve the sample and the order detail sheet, which lists every component and quantity.

4.Production. Bulk production runs about 30 days after confirmation, with progress updates.

5.Pre-shipment check. Quantity, labeling, and packaging are verified with photos before shipment.

6.Documentation handover. Technical file package delivered with the shipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this device authorized for sale in the United States?

No claim of authorization is made on this page. Suction anti choking devices require FDA marketing authorization under product code QXN. The brand owner is responsible for obtaining that authorization, and should check the FDA import alert status before importing.

Can you supply the technical file for a 510(k) or MDR submission?

We provide material declarations, BOM, process documentation, inspection records, and batch traceability. Clinical evidence and the submission itself remain with the brand owner. We can arrange third-party testing at your request.

Is the device reusable or single use?

This must be confirmed for your specific configuration, because it determines how the product is labeled and what the instructions for use can say. Ask us at the sampling stage and we will confirm in writing.

What mask sizes are available?

Adult and child sizes are available as configured options. The final list is fixed in the order specification. We do not recommend positioning any configuration for infants under one year of age without specific authorization.

Does it need batteries or charging?

No. The mechanism is fully manual, which is one reason buyers specify it for long-term storage in homes, vehicles, and facilities.

Can we print our logo and change the packaging?

Yes. Logo printing, color, packaging, and instruction language are all produced to your specification. MOQ is 500 pieces, confirmed per configuration.

What is the lead time?

Samples typically in 5–7 days. Bulk production around 30 days after sample approval and order confirmation.

Can you ship to our warehouse and handle export documents?

We handle export documentation and can ship to your nominated warehouse or freight forwarder. Import authorization in the destination market remains the brand owner's responsibility.
