500pcsA high-visibility first aid kit for home, car, and outdoor emergencies. Available fully stocked with dressings or as an empty bag for your own program.
ISO 13485 · CE · FDA Registered Factory · MOQ 500
Emergencies are rarely handled by the person who packed the bag. A family member, a colleague, a passerby — they have to find the first aid kit before they can use it. That is why this kit is red with a white cross: the most widely recognized emergency signal in the world, readable even by someone who has never seen your product before.
Most first aid kits are designed to be stored. This one is designed to be found — in a dark hallway, a smoke-filled garage, or the panicked ten seconds after an accident. If you are building a first aid program for homes, vehicles, workplaces, or emergency relief, visibility is not a styling choice. It is the feature.
1. Seen Instantly, Recognized by Anyone
Bright red shell with a high-visibility cross emblem — a signal that needs no language, no instructions, and no familiarity with your brand. In an emergency, the person reaching for the kit is often not the person who bought it.
2. Organized the Moment It Opens
The full-perimeter dual zipper opens flat, so every compartment is visible at once. Interior dividers, clear zip pockets, and elastic loops keep dressings, tools, and protective gear in fixed positions — no digging, no repacking, and no mystery about what has run out.
3. Built for Real Environments
Water-resistant 600D polyester shrugs off trunk heat, garage dust, and trail rain. A reinforced top handle lets it move from backpack to wall hook to glove box. At roughly the size of a hardcover book stack (approx. 26 × 18 × 8 cm) and about 150 g empty, it stores anywhere without thinking about it.
4. Two Ways to Buy It
Order it fully stocked with wound-care dressings and emergency tools, ready for retail or end users. Or order the empty bag and build your own program — ideal for importers pairing it with their own contents, branded inserts, or local-market configurations.
5. Configurable to Your Market's Standards
Contents can be assembled to align with ANSI/ISEA Z308.1 Class A (US), DIN 13164 (German vehicle requirement), or BS 8599-1 (UK workplace) — we provide a component checklist with every configuration so your buyers can verify item by item.
6. OEM Ready, Factory Direct
Logo, colors, interior layout, contents, and packaging are all customizable. MOQ from 500 pieces, samples in 5–7 days, and production lead time around 30 days — direct from our own factory in Yiwu, China.

A complete dressing-based kit with more than 50 pieces and no medicine — no liquid antiseptics, no ointments, nothing that complicates medical-device registration or shipping.

Compliance & Standards
United States — Contents can be assembled to align with ANSI/ISEA Z308.1-2021 Class A. The soft portable bag corresponds to Type II/III container characteristics. Kebon supplies a component checklist with each configuration so your quality team can verify compliance item by item. (Note: ANSI does not certify kits; alignment is manufacturer-declared.)
European Union — Filled configurations qualify as Class I medical devices under EU MDR 2017/745 (self-declared) with CE marking on contents. For the German vehicle market, contents can be configured to DIN 13164 — the red shell also matches the color convention German buyers expect. For UK workplace programs, configurations to BS 8599-1 are available.
Empty bag configuration — Sold as a general consumer product (textile storage): applicable frameworks are EU GPSR (EU) 2023/988 (EU responsible person required), REACH, and — for US channels — California Prop 65 and FTC textile labeling. Kebon provides the technical documentation package to support your compliance process.
One important note on the cross emblem — the red-cross-on-white design is a legally protected emblem in the US and most countries. Before mass production, we recommend confirming the emblem design with your legal or compliance team; a green cross or alternative mark is commonly used in EU and US retail. We produce whichever emblem your program specifies.
Filled vs. empty is a legal distinction, not just a SKU choice — an empty bag is a consumer textile product; a bag filled with dressings is a medical device in most regulated markets. Plan your import documentation accordingly, and we will support either path.
Yiwu Kebon Healthcare Co., Ltd. is a first aid kit manufacturer with 15+ years of experience, a team of around 100 staff, and a 5,000 m² facility including a clean workshop in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. Why are first aid kits red?
Red is the most widely recognized emergency color worldwide — it stands out in low light, smoke, and panic, and it signals "medical help here" across cultures without any text. A red kit can be located by anyone in the household or workplace, not just its owner.
Can I order the bag empty and fill it myself?
Yes. The empty-bag configuration is popular with importers and private-label programs. You receive the bag only, and pair it with your own contents, inserts, and branding.
What is the difference between the filled and empty versions for import?
A filled kit is a medical device in most regulated markets (EU MDR Class I; FDA-regulated contents in the US), while an empty bag is a general consumer product. Documentation requirements differ — we support both paths and advise confirming your target market's rules before ordering.
Can the contents be configured to ANSI or DIN standards?
Yes. We can assemble contents aligned with ANSI/ISEA Z308.1 Class A, DIN 13164, or BS 8599-1, and provide a component checklist with each order so your team can verify the configuration.
What is the MOQ?
500 pieces for either the filled or empty configuration. MOQ may vary slightly for special contents or packaging — the confirmed quantity is stated in your quotation.
Can you add our logo?
Yes. Silk-screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, and woven labels are all available, along with custom colors, interior layouts, and packaging.
What is the lead time?
Samples in 5–7 days. Bulk production takes about 30 days after order confirmation, with production progress updates while your order runs.
Do you ship with a first aid guide included?
The filled configuration includes a basic first aid guide and a contents checklist. Guide languages and paper stock are customizable.
